1. Do you have a preview policy? LVN sends its DVDs out on a 30-day approval basis rather than go through the cumbersome process of providing preview copies. Simply place your order for the product you wish to preview and watch it upon arrival. You have thirty days from the date of shipment to either return the DVD or pay the invoice. Please note that the product may only be watched by decision-makers during this time and may not be returned if the product is transmitted or used for any purposes other than previewing for content. 2. How do I return a DVD? Merely ship the item back to us via an insured carrier so that delivery may be tracked. You must be able to provide a proof of delivery in order to be issued a refund or credit. No return authorization number is needed; just enclose a copy of the original invoice. 3. Are public performance rights included? Yes. All products LVN sells come with public performance rights.
4. May I digitize the product and put it on a WAN or Intranet or password-protected Internet site? Most uses beyond “one room” usage will require an additional fee. Please review our Digital Broadcast Policy for more information. Click here for the Digital Broadcast Policy. 5. We are a library/non-profit. Do we get a discount? Unfortunately, we do not provide a discount for government agencies or non-profits. LVN is a non-profit division of Baltimore County Public Library and is not a profit center. Our main audience is libraries and we price our tapes according, with the average price of $99 being well below most business-specific titles. 6. How do you come up with the content of your titles? We regularly interview librarians for topics of interest and also survey our audience on a regular basis. Most of our products have a content committee of librarians working in the particular area that is featured in the program. If you have an idea for a title, just send us an e-mail. |
