Approval Policy:

Orders are sent on a 30 day approval from date of shipment. Videotapes may be viewed only by persons responsible for purchase decisions. Any other exhibit, display or transmission is strictly prohibited. Returned videotapes will be credited to customer's account if received by Library Video Network within 30 days. Videotapes returned after 30 days will be charged a fee of 50% of the purchase price for every 30 days overdue.

Prepaid Orders:

Library Video Network will pay shipping on all orders prepaid by check shipped within the continental USA and Canada.

Returns:

We will replace any damaged or defective product. In addition, if any product is deemed inappropriate for your needs, DVDs or videotapes must be returned in the same condition as they were received. Please do not alter the product in any way or place any labels on the packaging before viewing it for your use. We will accept returns on processed merchandise only if the product was damaged or defective, or if the product was sent in error by LVN.

Shipping Charges:

For shipments within the continental USA, the charge is $8 for one to four videotapes or DVDs and $1 for each additional item. Please ask about bulk order shipping rates. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada are $16 for one to three videotapes or DVDs. and $2 for each additional item. All items are sent via UPS and a street address is necessary for delivery. Orders sent outside the continental U.S. are also shipped via UPS and the charge is based on the weight of the package, plus handling. As always, the shipping charge is waved for orders from the continental U.S. when the order is prepaid by check.

PLEASE NOTE: When placing an online order, the shipping and handling charges will not be added. It will be added upon the processing of your order.

Foreign Customers:

We require that all foreign orders, except Canadian, be prepaid or charged. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. There will be a $15 fee for checks drawn on foreign banks. If your bank has a United States subsidiary, please indicate when order is placed. Contact our office by fax, e-mail, or letter for the cost of your order. Customer is responsible for all customs charges and fees. Formats: Prices listed are for VHS/NTSC format. PAL and SECAM are available at an additional charge based on length of videotape. Conversion costs, based on the length of the program, are: 0-29 minutes add $20 30-45 minutes add $35 46-60 minutes add $50 Discounts: A 20% discount is given for orders of 10 or more of the same video title sent to the same address. Bulk order prices are available. Public Performance Rights: Rights are included in the purchase price of each video unless otherwise noted. Duplication: Customer may make one duplicate copy of any purchased video for archival purposes. To make addition copies, customer must secure permission from Library Video Network and pay a license fee. Broadcast Rights: There is a fee for transmission of videotapes over Limited Instructional Television Fixed Service, Limited Closed Circuit Television and Basic Cable.
