The StoryTimers program is a volunteer-based effort to increase early literacy and expand library programming. Story Timers uses volunteers who are trained to provide stories and activities that stimulate children and encourage brain development. After training, the volunteers recruit and train others, ensuring a long, successful, and beneficial source of programming.
